This recipe is a good recipe for those who want to eat fish but don't like fishy taste.  Has a great mixture of flavors and textures that even my non fish eating husband enjoys.

Personally, I'm not smothering my fish that I want to taste...which is any fish that I'm going to take the time to prepare.
Used to catch and eat planted trout, but realized eventually that I hate trout...good, no more inland trout stamps to buy.

Tilapia has a sweet flavor to begin with, but always looking for different recipes. Thanks.
