Slow Cooker

I love my slow cooker for preparing meals while I’m off doing other things at the house.  I see Coleman now has a propane one that would be great for hunting trips. I wonder if anyone has used this and I guess I wonder about the safety of leaving a propane device going while no one is around.  That is what is stopping me from buying one because of safety concerns but it sure would be nice to get in from hunting and find dinner already ready at the camp.
