This is beautifull to look at and delicous as well! 8-10 cups of you favorite greens. Try a combination spinach, head and Romaine . 1 each of red, yellow and green peppers, diced ( a small dice). 1 onion, your favourite, diced...try a purple onion for taste and color. 1 cup of diced celery 1 cucumber peeled or not, seeded and diced 1 carrot, peeled and shaved with a vegetable peeler. Shave it in 1-2 inch strips. 8 oz of blue cheese 1-1.5 cups of dried cranberries black pepper to taste salt to taste...be carefull with the salt for the cheese has a good sodium content.
Combine all of the above and serve with a raspberry vinagriatte or garlic dressing. Crack a hawg...Scumfrog

Hey, this sounds great!
The blue cheese part, I take it that is not in salad dressing?
I think I shall try this tonight.
Thanks.

My wife and I are huge fans of GB! We have seen them many times. It's kinda cool to see them in smaller clubs . He doesn't have the big following here(yet) as he does in Minneapolis. We even named our boat "It's All Good ". I may be heading up that way to visit some friends. Perhaps we can "hook-up" for a beer at the show. Crack a hawg...Scumfrog

Scumfrog!
I drcided to surprise my wife tonight by making dinner. Bought some steaks for the grill, and bought all the fixings for your salad. I decided that Italian Roasted Garlic vinegarette would be great on the salad. I spent 1/2 hour washing dicing and mixing the vegetables. simply delicious! She loved the salad, and we both agreed that we should make it for Thanksgiving.
Note: In my haste in the grocery store, by an oversitgh, I bought Ocean Spray dried cranberries-cherry flavored. I never knew it existed. It was still delicous all the same. Next week I plan on making it again making sure to buy the correct dried cranberries.
Thanks for the recipe.
We have fallen behind the times music wise. The Cities 97, here in the Twin Cities used to play the cutting edge new tunes, and B-side releases. It WAS the the best station around, with another station called Cafe 104. Cafe is gone, Cities 97 now and then plays new stuff, but more or less is a copy of the others stations around town. Radio around here is rather dull, in my opinion. Beer? where?!
Thanks again!
