INGREDIENTS
Flour
cracker crumb
garlic powder
salt pepper
dill weed
eggs
milk
Directions
Beat the eggs and a little milk with a fork.
Crush the crackers with a rolling pin,and mix with flour.
About a fifty-fifty mixture.
Sprinkle with garlic,salt,pepper,and dill weed.
Let the fish set for about 10 minutes
Put in a hot skillet of cooking oil and a little butter.
Make sure the skillet is hot.
Fry until fish is a crispy brown coating.
