Fish Fillets

1 pound of fish fillets
Milk
Butter or Margerine
Salt and pepper
1 small onion
Place fish in a oven safe dish.
Slice the onion thin and spread out on top of the fish.
Add about 1 tbsp Butter or Margerine broken up over the onions.
Barely cover with milk
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in oven 325--350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
