Doggie Style Chicken
1 Cup of
Doggie Style Ale1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 bay leaf (Optional)
1/4 tsp. Salt
2 lbs. Boneless breasts of chicken
1 egg (beaten)
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Cup breadcrumbs
Combine beer, oil, salt, and bay leaf. Pour mixture over chicken: cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove chicken and pat down from marinade. Mix egg and milk together and dip chicken pieces in egg mixture. Roll chicken in breadcrumbs and place on a non-stick pan. Bake at 350 degrees until chicken runs clear to the cut.
