I went grocery shopping today at a store I'll call "Kroger" LOL and did my checking around stuff around their seafood and meat areas, and decided to give a couple things a go. Bought some Atlantic salmon which I'm bound and determined to not overcook along with some tilapia. Got some decent deals on that and also decided to try frog legs. Yes-I bought frog legs at Kroger. LOL
I have a pretty decent idea of how to cook the frog legs and how I want to cook them, as far as frying them, but the reasoning for this message is just to find out how you would go about it. How long should I fry them up for and should I flour them up, and if I do flour them up how much should I flour them? Any help or suggestions would be most helpful
