Anyone have a sure-can't-miss-with-this recipe for pike. I've had smoked pike, but never anything off the grill or baked. It still sounds gross to me, but with the right recipe it might be stupendous!

I felt the same way... until I had pike done right!  The key is the right "kind" of pike - not the big ones and from as cold of water as possible!  The meat is a firm white, and when done as a conventional fish fry, will often have your guests saying it's better than walleye - no BS.  Give it a try...
