2 T. sweet Paprika            
2 tsp. cayenne
1-1/2 T. powdered thyme        
2 tsp. white pepper
1 T. garlic powder          
2 tsp. black pepper
1 T. celery salt

Combine all spices and store in sealed jar in a cool place for up to 6 months.  Use on gumbos, stews, in soup, and to season fish. Makes about 1/3 cup.
